The terrace is no longer an exterior space attached to the home. It becomes an outdoor living room suspended above the city.
Designed as a continuous architectural landscape, the intervention integrates seating, lighting, vegetation and social areas into a single sculptural gesture. By activating the perimeter, the centre remains open, creating a generous and flexible space for living, entertaining and enjoying the skyline of Madrid.
Digital design and custom fabrication enable a level of fluidity and integration impossible to achieve with conventional outdoor furniture. Technology quietly shapes the experience, while the focus remains on comfort, atmosphere and human connection.
From sunlit afternoons to intimate evenings, the terrace transforms with light, views and use, creating an environment that feels both contemporary and timeless.
